Salsa Vinaigrette
1 cup roast tomato salsa (or your favorite salsa)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine vinaigrette ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. There will be about 1 cup vinaigrette.
