Beef Stew Ole

 

1 can Beef

1 can Carrots

1 can diced Potatoes

8 oz. can Tomato Sauce

2 cans Beef Broth

2-3 T. Taco Seasoning

Salt & Pepper

1 C. Rice.

 

Do not drain cans. Combine everything except rice in a pot and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer until rice is done, 20-30 minutes.
