Delicious Dill Dip
4 oz. Neufchatel Cheese
1/2 C. nonfat Cottage Cheese
8oz. nonfat Sour Cream
3 T. finely chopped Scallion
2 tsp. dried Dill Weed
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt, or to taste.
In blender or food processor, cream together all ingredients. Chill for 24 hours. If dip becomes too thick, stir in 1 – 2 T. skim milk.
Yield: 2 C.
