Horseradish Cream Sauce
1/4 C. Whipping Cream
1 – 1 1/2 T. grated, drained Horseradish (fresh or prepared)
1/2 T. Lemon Juice
Dash Salt & White Pepper
Whip cream until stiff. Slowly stir in horseradish, lemon juice and seasonings; blend well. Serve chilled with beef.
Yield: 1/2 – 3/4C.
