Yucatan Marinade
1/3 C. Achiote Paste
¼ C. White Wine Vinegar
¼ C. Olive Oil
¼ C. fresh Lime Juice
2 T. finely diced Onion
1 tsp. minced Garlic
2 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Place all ingredients except bay leaf in blender and pulse until smooth. Add bay leaf and use as marinade.
