Moroccan Marinade
2 T. paprika
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. black pepper
1 T. minced garlic
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/2 C. olive oil
1/4 C. chopped, fresh mint
1/4 C. chopped cilantro
Add cubed chicken, fish or shrimp to marinade, let marinade for time appropriate to dish (seafood up to 2-3 hours, chicken up to overnight). Thread on kabobs and grill.
