Rosemary-Garlic Rub
2 T. Chopped Fresh Rosemary
2 T. Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. minced fresh Thyme
3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator for up to three days.
