American Chicken Marinade
1/2 C. Oil
1/2 C. Tomato juice
1/4 C. Parsley
1 tsp. Marjoram
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 C. Onion, shredded on box grater
1/4 C. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Crushed Thyme
1 tsp. Salt
1 clove Minced Garlic
Combine all ingredients & mix well. Makes 1 3/4 c enough for 3 – 4 lbs. meat. Marinate lamb, pork or chicken in fridge 4 – 6 hrs or overnight. Spoon over meat occasionally during this time.
