1/4 C. chopped Vegetables, such as yellow or green onion, zucchini and or parsley, raw or pre-saut�ed
1/4 C. Bread Crumbs
3/4 C. lean Ground Beef

Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 3″ patties. Grill or broil until cooked through.
