Stuffing Mix

 

½ C. Dry Onion Soup Mix (see basics)

1 T. Chicken Bouillon Granules

½ C. Parsley

½ T. Thyme

¼ C. Sage

 

Combine all ingredients and store in pint jar. To make stuffing, combine 2 C. large dry bread crumbs, 2 ½ T. Stuffing Mix, 1/3 – ½ C. Boiling Water, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. If available, a little butter melted into the boiling water gives good flavor and richness.
