Creamy Beef Soup

 

1 15 oz. can diced Potatoes

1 15 oz. can Mixed Vegetables

2 ½ C. Water

½ C. Sour Cream Powder

2/3 C. Cream of Anything Soup Mix

1 10-15 oz. can Beef

1 12 oz. can V-8 Juice

3/4 C. dried chopped Onion

¼ C. dried Celery

Salt & Pepper

 

Combine juice from potatoes and vegetables in pan with 2 ½ C. water. Whisk in Sour Cream Powder, stirring until dissolved. Whisk in Cream of Anything Soup Mix, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients to pot and heat through.
