Creamy Beef Noodles

 

1 C. Sour Cream Powder

1 14 oz. can Beef Broth

1 10-15 oz. can Beef

1 15 oz. can diced Tomatoes

1 12 oz. can V-8 Juice

3 C. Noodles (about 8 oz.)

½ C. dried Onions

2 tsp. Celery Salt

2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

 

Dissolve sour cream powder in ¼ C. broth and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in saucepan with lid. Simmer, covered, until noodles are done, stirring often. Stir in sour cream mixture and heat through.
