Barley Pilaf
1 1/2 C. Pearled Barley
4 C. Vegetable or Chicken Stock
1 C. Chopped onion
1 C. Sliced carrot
1 C. Chopped celery
Seasonings (Garlic powder, Oregano, Rosemary, Basil – whatever you like best)
Add all ingredients to a pot. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 40 min to 1 hour.
