Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

 

2 C. all-purpose flour

1 C. sugar

3 T. baking cocoa

2 tsp. baking soda

1 C. water

1 C. mayonnaise

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Plug in and start heating your crock pot. Spray with oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add water, mayonnaise and vanilla; beat at med. speed until thoroughly combined. Layer a few paper towels across the top, then replace the lid. This will help it be cook all the way through. Cook on high for about 2 hours.
