Tasty Coleslaws

 

6 C. Shredded Cabbage

3/4 – 1 C. Italian Dressing

 

Nutty Slaw: Add 1/2 C. coarsely chopped peanuts and 1 C. diced fresh orange sections to cabbage before tossing with dressing.

Christmas Slaw: Use 3 C. each red and green cabbage, reduce dressing to 3/4 C. Toss 1/2 C. dressing with cabbage. Blend remaining 1/4 C. dressing with 1/4 C. Mayonnaise. Add to cabbage with 1 C. chilled seedless grapes; toss well.
