Potato Salad Treat

 

1 C. Mayonnaise

1/4 C. Vinegar

1/4 C. Milk

1 envelope Onion Salad Dressing Mix

6 C. hot cooked Potatoes, diced or sliced

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

1/2 C. chopped Celery

 

Blend Mayo, vinegar, milk, and dressing mix in a small bowl. Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently until well mixed. Serve warm or chilled.
