Ma’s Spinach Dip

 

1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix

1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked and squeezed very dry

1 Can sliced Water Chestnuts

1 C. Mayonnaise

1 C. Sour Cream

4 Scallions

 

In blender, chop soup mix into smaller pieces. Dice water chestnuts and green onions fine. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Chill to allow flavors to mingle. Hollow out round or oblong French loaf, saving bread for dipping. Serve dip inside bread bowl, with additional loaf of bread cut into cubes.
