1/4 C. parsley sprigs
1/4 C. cilantro sprigs
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of ground red pepper
1 small garlic clove
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until smooth, and set aside.
