Banana Cream Cake
2/3 Cup Shortening
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Mashed Bananas
2 T. Milk
2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Nuts
Mix well. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Good for picnics.
