LTS Pumpkin Soup
1 can Vegetable Broth
1 29oz. can Pumpkin Puree
1 can Chicken Broth
2/3 C. Powdered Milk
2 T. dried Bell Pepper
¼ C. dried Onion
1/8 tsp. Thyme
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Salt
1-2 T. Parsley Flakes
Dissolve Powdered milk in broth in pan. Add all other ingredients except parsley; heat through. Sprinkle parsley over each serving. (100-Day Pantry)
