All-Purpose Chinese Stir Fry Sauce
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup regular soy sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup Chinese wine (Shaoxing Wine, Chinese Cooking Wine)
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp ground white pepper
Combine ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Store in refrigerator and shake well before use.
