1 1⁄2 oz Krogstad Festlig aquavit

1⁄2 oz Fresh lime juice

1⁄2 oz Orgeat syrup

1 Egg white

1 French sorrel leaf

Red-veined sorrel leaf

Muddle the French sorrel leaf in a mixing tin. Add the rest of the ingredients, dry-shake, then shake with ice. Fine-strain into a coupe. Garnish with a red-veined sorrel leaf.
