Creamy Horseradish Dip
Â¾ C. Mayonnaise
Â¾ C. Sour Cream
2 Scallions or Chives, sliced thin
Â¼ C. Horseradish, squeezed of excess liquid
1 tsp. minced fresh Parsley
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days). Serve.
