Tomato Florentine Soup

Tomato Florentine Soup

1/3 C. diced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 C. chicken broth
1 C. baby spinach, snipped

In saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and until spinach is wilted. 2-3 servings.
