Blue Cheese Sauce
1/3 C. nonfat plain yogurt
3 T. crumbled blue cheese (1 oz.)
1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend with a fork to make a lumpy sauce.
Yield: 1/2 Cup
