Canyon Ranch Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
6 T. buttermilk
2 T. light mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 T. rice vinegar
Fresh lemon juice to taste
1/2 T. minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1/2 T. minced fresh chives
Pinch onion powder
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate, tightly covered, until ready to serve.
Yield: 10 servings (1 1/2 cupa total)
