SBD Edamame Salad
from The South Beach Diet
1 16oz. Bag frozen shelled Edamame
1/4 C. Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 T. Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 bunch Radishes, halved and thinly sliced
1 C. loosely packed chopped Cilantro
Toss all the ingredients in a large bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
