Chicken Bake

On a lightly floured surface, divide 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough into 2 balls and roll and stretch until 1/4 inch thick. Top each with 2 T. Caesar dressing, 1/2 C. chopped cooked chicken breast, 1/2 C. chopped cooked bacon, 1 C. shredded mozzarella, 1/4 C. grated Parmesan, and sliced green onions. Roll pizza dough, like a cinnamon roll, into two large logs. Transfer to a large parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Sprinkle with more cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 425°F until golden, 25 minutes.
