Caprese Tortilla Wrap

2 flour tortillas (approximately 6 inch diameter)

2 tsp. dried basil

1 1/2 oz. low fat or nonfat shredded cheese

1 medium fresh tomato

1/3 T. olive oil

 

Slice tomato, set aside. Brush tortilla with oil, layer on tomato, top with cheese and dried basil and roll tortilla up. You can enjoy this cold or heat for about 3 minutes in a toaster oven.
