Cranberry & Pistachio-Topped Jicama
1 Jicama
5oz. Blue Cheese Spread
1/3 C. Dried Sweetened Cranberries
1/3 C. Salted Pistachio nuts, chopped
Slice jicama into 1/4†slices. Cut into holiday shapes with cookie cutters if desired. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon onto jicama slices. Refrigerate until serving.
