Confetti Salad
2 C. Brown Rice, cooked
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1/2 C. Diced Green Pepper
1/2 C. Diced Red Bell Pepper
4 Green onions, chopped
1 tsp. Dried Thyme
1/3 C. Italian Dressing
Mix all the ingredients together except dressing. Just before serving, drizzle with Italian dressing and toss well.
