Oriental Marinade
1/4 C. peanut oil
1/4 C. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 C. red wine
2 T. catsup
2 T. finely minced ginger
2 T. pureed garlic
1 T. curry powder
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for 4-96 hours. Use as marinade on meat, poultry or fish.
