Tzaziki Sauce
1 1/2 C. yogurt cheese, with liquid reserved
1 T. minced garlic
2 T. lemon juice
3 T. chopped dill
Pepper to taste
In a bowl combine yogurt cheese, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Add pepper to taste. Depending on desired consistency, add reserved yogurt liquid. (Try on Greek dishes, or in Greek-style wrap.)
