Blueberry Sauce
2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, if frozen
1/4 C. orange juice
1/4 C. water
2 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 dash salt
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
