Ranch Dressing
3/4 C. light or non-fat mayonnaise
1/4 C. water
1 T. vinegar
1/3 C. minced celery w/leaves
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 T. grated onion
1 clove garlic, crushed or powdered
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 5 day
