1/2 C. Dry Sherry (Apple Juice can work)
1/2 C. Apricot Jam
12 Dried Apricots
8 Slices Spiral Sliced Ham
Preheat oven to 325.Â Melt Butter over low heat in small casserole or ovenproof skillet.Â Add sherry, jam, and apricots.Â Stir until sauce is smooth.Â Add smoked ham to dish.Â Cover and bake 30 minutes.Â Baste ham and bake until ham is glazed, 5-10 minutes.Â Do Not Over Cook!!!Â Serve immediately.
