South Beach Chopped Salad with Tuna
1 (6oz.) can water-packed Tuna
1/2 C. chopped Cucumber
1/2 C. chopped Tomato
1/3 C. chopped Avocado
1/2 C. chopped Celery
1/2 C. chopped Radishes
1 1/2 C. chopped Romaine
4 tsp. EE Olive Oil
2 T. fresh Lime Juice
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Layer all the vegetables and tuna in a decorative bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
