Pico De Gallo
3 Plum Tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
4 Green Onions, chopped
2 jalapeƱos, seeded and chopped
6 Cloves Garlic, peeled and chopped
1 T. Parsley, chopped
2 T. Cilantro, chopped
1/4 C. Fresh Lime Juice
2 T. Lime Zest
Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Allow to rest in the refrigerator at least two hours before using, so flavors can mingle.
