My Favorite Marinade
1/4 C. Oil
1/2 C. Wine Vinegar
2 T. Sugar
2 T. (Salt-Free) Catsup
1 T. Grated Onion
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Clove Garlic, minced
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
Mix all ingredients in shallow dish and marinate chicken or beef in refrigerator, covered, for 6+ hours. Turn at least once while marinating.
