Japanese Barbecued Chicken
4 Chicken Breast Halves
Marinade:
1/2 tsp. rosemary or poultry seasoning
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. tomato catsup
2 T. white wine or lemon juice
2 T. olive oil
Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate chicken in sauce one to two hours. Barbecue over charcoal or broil in oven.
