Herbed Turkey Breast
1 turkey breast (4 to 5 lb.) fresh or thawed
2 T. of butter or margarine
1/4 C. of garden vegetable flavored whipped cream cheese
1 T. of soy sauce
1 T. of fresh minced parsley
1/2 tsp. dry basil, dried
1/2 tsp. dry sage
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Place the turkey in your crock pot. Combine the remaining ingredients and brush over the turkey. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours (HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
