Mom’s Teriyaki Beef Strips
2 lb. Top Round, partially Frozen
1/2 C. Peanut Oil
1/2 C. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Dry Sherry
1 tsp. Grated Ginger
1 sm. Garlic Clove, minced
Cut beef lengthwise into strips. Mix remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Marinate beef strips for 2-3 hours. Thread strips on skewers in accordion fashion, and grill or broil to desired doneness.
