Dilly Zucchini Dip

1 C. finely shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
1 C. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1hour or until chilled. Serve with vegetables.
