4 C. shredded Monterey jack cheese

1 can {4-oz} chopped green chilies

1 can {2 1/4-oz} sliced ripe olives, drained

4 green onions, sliced

3 medium tomatoes, seeded & diced

1/2 C. minced fresh parsley

1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix

Tortilla chips

 

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, chilies, olives, onions, tomatoes, & parsley. Prepare salad dressing mix according to pkg directions; pour over cheese mixture & mix well. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
