Chive Green Beans
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed (or steamed baby carrots or asparagus)
1 T. chopped fresh chives
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. stone-ground mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Steam green beans, covered, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from steamer; toss with remaining ingredients.
