Garlic-Rosemary Baby Reds

Small Baby Red Potatoes, cut into chunks
1 C. White Wine
1-2 C. Chicken Stock
1-2 T. Garlic Powder (or to taste)
1 T. Onion Powder (or to taste)
1 T. Rosemary (or to taste)

Add all ingredients to a large pot, using just enough stock to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil, then turn down and simmer until potatoes are fully cooked, and broth has thickened somewhat.
