Chinese Crock Pot Dinner
1 lb. Chicken breasts cut into strips
1 large onion sliced
1 small green pepper sliced
1 can tomato sauce – (8 oz)
4 carrots sliced
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Soy sauce

Cook chicken in a skillet with a small amount of oil until browned. Place all ingredients with pork in crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with hot rice.
