Large eggs, as many as you like

1. Fill a bowl with ice water and place it next to your pressure cooker.

2. Fill the pressure cooker with 1 C. of water and insert the steamer rack. Place the eggs on the rack, forming a pyramid if you’re cooking a lot of them.

3. Cook on low pressure for 5 to 8 minutes. Five minutes gives you very runny-centered yolks (think soft-boiled). Eight minutes gives you light-colored, firmly set hard-cooked eggs. Six to seven minutes gives you dark, moist yolks that can be slightly soft (but not runny).

4. Release the pressure manually; then use tongs to transfer the eggs to the bowl of ice water. Let them sit for a few minutes before peeling. The eggs will still be a little warm if you peel them after 2 minutes. For chilled eggs, let them sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then peel them.
