Mango Turmeric Morning  Crush

 

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup (165 g) fresh or frozen mango chunks

1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk (from the can) or kefir

One 1/2-inch (12-mm) piece fresh ginger, peeled

1 tsp ground turmeric

Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
