Citrus Fennel Salsa
1 ½ cups orange and grapefruit sections
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup fennel bulb
1 – 2 tablespoon fennel fronds
1 jalapeno pepper
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
In a bowl stir together orange and grapefruit sections, green onions, fennel bulbs, fennel fronds, and seeded and finely chopped jalapeno. Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar.
